I figured that I have enough Zantac to last me the rest of my stay, so I made another batch of curry today. I love the taste of it, but it sometimes gives me tummy troubles when I try to sleep.
This weekend I was feeling creative, I wanted to try adding Lychee to the curry, to give it a bit of a sweet tang.
I wouldn't have thought to add lychee, but I had a curry dish at a Thai restaurant a couple of months ago that had lychee and pineapple in it, and it really was good.
Well, It's really hard to find lychee in Germany in December, but I was able to find canned rambutan, which is pretty close to the same fruit.
It turned out wonderfull! Also, I think that I'm getting much better at thickening the coconut milk into a nice creamy sauce.
